raising invoice
I have recently applied for GSTIN and still under process.. though I want to raise an invoice regarding advance receipt on account of services to be provided later,..how should I deal it?

Until you have GSTIN you cannot raise invoice... However, you can receive advance payment for invoice to be raised.
and what about payment of tax
Pay the tax when you file your first return
Yes... when you raise the invoice you can pay tax and file the retunrn.
