I m a trader . I want exise registration . Wt is the process to register my firm ? There is any transaction limit for register . Wt is deposite someone told me u must Hv minimum transaction of 90 lakh PA .
There us any minimum limit ?

Once your turnover cross the 90 lacks then you need to inform to range officer. Till then no need to get registration.

If my turn over is 60 lacks PA and I want exise registration it is possible ? Becoz I m a trader and the companies whom I supply row material they ask for exise bill .
Further to the question raised by Mr. Shah, I would like to get clarity on turnover limit for compulsory excise registration. Will it make any difference if the unit is registered under Micro small & Medium Enterprises Act, 2006? Till that turnover is achieved, is no excise duty payable to the central government? Please clarify the position.
No my firm is not registerd . I Hv only tin no (GST & cst).
I m trader and trade in exiseble goods . By whom I purchase a goods they offer me a exise bill and whom I sell a goods they also ask me for exise bill. My. Turnover is 60 lakh PA . Is it possible to get register my firm ?
