Ragging in Corporate

In most of the big organisation, there is s*xual harassment committee. From the query, it is not ascertainable whether your organisation have such committee or not. You may wish to check internally in the regard and approach the committee. 

There is no such committee. Even the HR was involved.

I know about this incident but I don't believe in judgements anymore.

Kisi ne apni jaan de di just because of his self respect and nobody came forward kyuki sabko apni jobs pyaari hai.
Though I am not the spokesperson of the company but I was really afraid on that day agar kabhi mere saath aisa kuch hua toh.

I decided to leave Genpact in the month of April.

I was feeling mentally disturbed due to the toxic environment.

Iss desh mein koi sunwayi nhi hoti.


We so called educated individuals suffers.
Work ethics bolke saayad koi cheez exists hi nahi karti.

I am sorry Miss Neha but my intention is not to influence others due to my personal experience.

I was working in a process.
And Genpact is a big company.
I am just a small individual who just want to survive and trying to move on.

May be I should not have posted it.
