Quotas on higher educational institutes!!!

Dear All

I strictly oppose the quota system . In fact i don't understand the reason behind creating Quota Criteria. If a candidate is wise enough to crack the exam , whatever it may be, then it is his merit which should be driving him/her in the respective Institute rather than their Caste, creed, Religion or any other sort of discerning criteria.

I am oppossing the quota system.

How can be caste become the criteria to choose students who are the future of india.In this way lots of deserving candidates loose there seats due to some undeserving canditates.

In my view Honourable Supreme Court should review its decision otherwise its throw a very negative impact on all the aspirants of IIT's,IIM's & other good colleges.

From this decision all the indian citizens loose there civil right i.e."Right to Equality" in some way.

So all my dear CA students be prepare for the worst b'coz may be one day come that when there will be reserve quota in CA Institute.

Inspite of having reservations since last so many decades, there has been no significant improvement in the lives of the backward class people.

I feel it is high time everybody including the people who fall into the reservation category understand that we all are being fooled by some leaders.

Politicians want reservations just by caste because they do not want to shell out money.

If they are really interested in upbringing of the society, then they must have reservations for all deserving human beings who are deprived of opportunities due to financial crisis. Further, kind attention is required on the increase in fees by the educational institutions all over the country.

NO there shud not be any quata for any one

Even i dnt understand why people are looking for shortcuts

If sum1 is having ability and guts there is nothing called failure for him/her

AND MANY MORE UNSAID THINGS

I FULLY SUPPORT IT AND IT IS WELCOME STEP IN RIGHT DIRECTION FOR ALL OF CIZENS TO GROW TOGETHER AND SHARE IN INDIA PROSPERITORIUS FUTURE

I already voted on the poll and by putting a big NO and I appreciate CA Rishu Gupta and request to write a article on the issue.

I personally  request to all that please do not write like the last one.

I think you dnt need to write in such a bold letters. It shows ur frustation and low confidence.

Aisa lag raha hai tum CHIKH CHIKH kar sabse reservation ki demand kar rahe ho

asking for somthing like RESERVATION in this way is kind of job of bagger who want reward without doing anything

So boss just believe in urself and make a commitment with urself that u wll achieve the goals without any CHEAP support and i assure you wll get positive result with satisfaction

May be i m too harsh this time but i think intention is not bad.

and I personally request to all just to state your views. Not to treat those who support quota as enemies or ask others ONLY to support your point of view like the last one

No one is my enemy whether he support it or not

but the way he is asking for reservation is not like that he is putting his point

and in future i wll be more carefull while making my comments

Who is responsible for these differences? It is collectively all the people.

If 50% of the people in an educational institution would come there by virtue of their caste and not merit, where is the right direction and what prosperity would be there in the country. Its just that now the opportunities of getting quality education to deserving people would be lesser by 50%.

By making these remarks, you have done the same thing which people have been doing.

Remeber, before being a person of open caste or backward caste, he/she is a human being. Before being hindus, christians, muslims, sikhs etc we all are human beings. This brings me to the conclusion that our religion should be that of Humanity.

I guess, one need's to be more open minded and work for the race of human beings, irrespective of their caste, religion or any other factor rather than doing the same thing differently.

The statements of the guest sound quite hypocritic. One hand, he opposes the discrimination, and on the other hand he supports reservations which means he supports discrimination.

If Govt gives the security (Quotas) to the some of the classes of our society then they never overcome their situation in which they are.   

I m  very glad to see that ther  is majoirty of person who opposing the quota. we can,t divide the nation on the basis of cast. b,coz at one side we says that we should have opposed the casting system(ALSO SAID BY OUR GREAT LEADER ) in INDIA & at one side there is quota system on the basis of CAST .....................................................   what a surprise....................................

I really oppose these kinds of reservations based on caste in the educational institutes... there should be equality in rendering education.. The verdict of Supreme Court excluding creamy layer of OBC is a historical judgement and is a balancing act.. Very happy with the judgement
