1. If any vehicle is in the name of A company. Can B company book the fuel expenses, Service exp of that vehicle if Company B uses such vehicle. what will your answer if A & B are Group companies.
2.what is the difference between (any allowance/perquisites/reimbursement to employees/director as a) salary part and actual reimbursement. eg an employee taking reimbursement of fuel expenses(fuel bill attached) without any limit. and no limit has been specified. what should we have to check if it is a salary part or it is actual reimbursement.
3. what are the different type of excise records a company has to maintain. what are the audit procedure to check the excise records.
4. if director claiming expenses related to his home telephone, vehicle (which is in the name of such director), tour & travelling and others and responses that he uses that for official purpose. then what is the status of such expenses. is this be included in director's remuneration.
