In an NRO to NRE accounts transfer there is no foreign currency involved. However Form 15CA Part B items 2, 6 and 8 requires foreign currency ammounts to be greater than 0. It even accepts amounts like 0.01. Because of this one is not able to submit the form online. Has any one wlse run in to this problem and found a solution?

Take the conversion rate of USD from RBI website https://www.rbi.org.in/scriptts/ReferenceRateArchive.aspx then convert INR amount to USD and fill the form 15CA.
