Can anyone please tell me in detail about commercial establishment as per up shops and commercial establishment act.
And is it compulsory for company to register in the act. Comonany is having head office at lucknow and dealing in agricultural and allied activities In u.p.
And what is the minimum wage as per labour law or any other law applicable in up. The minimum wafe should be on basic or gross

Yes, the company is required to get registered with the local body for undertaking commercial activities and obtain a licence. Wages shall be in accordance with the U.P labour laws.
