All directors of Tata steel limited are directors in TCS limited. So they share holding subsidiary relation. One shareholder of TCS objected as Tata steel do not hold majority members of equity shares in TCS. It cannot be holding company. Is contention valid?

If TATA ltd. have power to appoint majority directors in TCS ltd then there is Holding and Subsidiary relationship.
