please any one clarify me that whether only an Individual is covered u/s 44AE or a HUF, Firm is also covered under same section?

Individuals, HUF and Partnership Firms (but not LLPs), whose total turnover does not exceed Rs. 40 lacs are covered by Sec. 44AE.
