A person who engaged in Business of Providing Services Like Online Payment of Electricity, Telephone Bill, Booking of Rail Tickets & Value transfer, Will comes under Business auxiliary Services or any other.
It will be more appreciated if reply comes with any source material.

Deepak, i've attached herewith "KPMG Compendium on service tax law" (July 2013 edition). Just go through about business auxiliary service given on page 162 & 163 and u'll find that these are covered under business auxiliary service. Plz let me know if u've any contrary views.
