An assessee opens a Pvt Ltd co in the month of December
The new company will purchase material in its own name and send it to job worker for further processing
After receipt of goods from job worker, the new company will sell goods i.e. garments to the market.

There is no exemption to be claimed. I wanted to know whether the assesee would be eligible for lower tax rate as stated u/s115BAB
