Greetings Members,can some one please explain brief how to wind up a spvt company having 1 lakh share capital and there is no business from last 5 years,no debtors, no creditors, no business only 2 share holders, they r directors, thank u .. i have seen many articles but not able to understand,

You can make application for striking off name of the company u/s 560 of Companies Act 1956 as per attached procedure.
