Communication between dealer in GST portal - can we send message for payment recovery to clients - is this message is usefull or legal for payment recovery - please clarify

the GST portal does allow for communication between dealers and clients. However, the legality and usefulness of sending messages for payment recovery deend on the specific context and content of the messages It is recommended to consult the GST PORTAL'S guidelines.
