I am Hardik Patel. My "CS Executive" attempt will be due on "December,2014."
My query is whether Companies Act 2013 is applicable for Dec. Executive attempt or not?

Dear Friend,
As per announcement of ICSI, Companies Act, 2013 will be not applicable to June,2014 attempt. But, I think It might be applicable in December, 2014.
