Query regarding time for holding b.m

As per various articles and mails ............. every one is talking that ... board meeting can be held upto 28 july.(within 120 days criteria)... but my query is :-
If we hold B.R upto july 28 (as earlier was held in 31 march 13, i.e within 120 days criteria) then S-S -1 ll voilated... as we knw that as per ss-1 every board meeting should be held in every quarter subject to max gap of 120 days. and companies act 2013 also provide that every company should observe S.S in relation to Board meeting and G.M.(refer sec 118(10)
hence we have to compulsorly hold B.M up June 30 (for the quarter April to June)
 
Please reply as i am totaly confused by receiving various mails...,,,,,,,,
 

I think SS-1 in relation to board meeting has been notified.... plz correct me if i am wrong.... and if it is still not notified that means we can hold B.M upto 28 july
