Query regarding incorporation of company

Friends,

I am in the process of incorporating a company. On uploading of INC-7, INC-22 and DIR -12 I have received queries from MCA. Below is the MCA reply -

1. INC-8 of first director should be attached

2. object clause is not according to companies ACT 2013

3.Two specimen signature is required in INC-10

Now,a) INC-8 is required to be filed by a professional, then what do MCA expect in the given case from first directors ? as I have attached INC-8 and INC-9 to INC_7.

b) IN MOA only core activity is mentioned as main object and inclusion of multiple objetcts is avoided. Then what to do w.r.t this query?

C) I have attached notarised form INC-10 for specimen signature, which do not speak about 2 signatures.

It is therefore requested to suggest the appropriate action to be taken on the above issues.

Also, please let me know whether calling or mailing facility is available to sort out such issues?

According to section 7 of Companies Act A declaration shall be filed by an Practising Company Secretary who is engaged in incorporation and also person named as Director as First Director, Manager or secretary in Form INC 8

Particulars of every subscriber along with proof of identity

particulars of First director along with proof of identity

particulars of intrest of First Director in other firms or body corporate along withy consent to act as a Director

Complete copy of MOA & AOA duly signed by all subscribers as per companies Act 2013.

INC 8, INC 9, INC 10 shall be attached as an attachment with INC 7 along with particulars of First directors and subcribers along with proof of identity

Two copies of each specimen signature of each subscriber to be attached in form INC 10
