Query regarding GSTR 9

My client has Paid RCM on freight in FY 17-18 but he has not made any entry for ITC of such amount in books however he has claimed that ITC in GSTR 3B of those same months.
What should be it's treatment in GSTR-9C in table-12 and table-14?
Whether it will be included as a part of 'ITC availed as per Audited Financial statements' or not?
