Query regarding Form 8 & 17

	A bank has created a charge ID "90123654" for the F.Y. 2010-11 & Form-8 filed and after satisfaction of Charge in full Form-17 filed today. Now can bank use same charge ID to file Form-8 for the F.Y. 2011-12.

Charge ID is created only by ROC ( MCA) on filing of Form -8.

Bank only affixes DSC from their end in Form 8 /17 as the case may be.

Once the Satisfaction of charge is filed, the charge id is closed .

A fresh Charge ID would be created, if company  takes new loan against charge.
