Now i gt my termination letter from ICAI today i.e on 31/1/15 saying tht i have taken excess leave of 16 days. I dont know how institute calculated that coz as per me and my employer there was no excess leave. Anyways my articleship ended in sept and i stayed with my employer till jan. Now can my 107 form have a date of dec for tht excess leave period so that i dont have the issue of delay in submitting the form since it will still be within 60 days.

i have a query regarding my termination.
my articleship period is from 4th jan 2012 till 4th jan 2015. my principal wants me to extend my articleship for the leaves i had taken. she first made the extention till 21st feb which i have served and now since the leaves are less on paper she wants me to extend it to 21st march.
if i have to fill my termination form 108, which date should the form be filled in 4th january 2015 or 21st feb 2015 or 21st march 2015?
please reply asap thank you.

MY ARTICLESHIP OF 3 YEARS GOT OVER ON 14TH MARCH 2015. I SENT FORM 108 ALONGWITH DD FOR LATE SUBMISSION AND A CONDONATION LETTER. I HAVE EXCESS LEAVE OF 18 DAYS WHICH I SERVED FROM 15TH MARCH TO 1ST APRIL ONLY WITH THE SAME EMPLOYER WITHOUT A BREAK. NOW I NEED TO SEND FORM 107 AND 108 AGAIN. I AM CONFUSED WHAT DETAILS TO FILL IN FORM 108 AGAIN IN WORK EXPERIENCE SECTION (ONLY REGARDING THE 18 DAYS EXTENSION OR FOR WHOLE 3 YEARS) ALSO, WHAT SHOULD BE THE ARTICLESHIP STARTING AND COMPLETION DATE IN THIS NEW FORM 108,i.e. 14TH MARCH 2012-1ST APRIL 2015 OR 15 MARCH 2015 - 1ST APRIL ? KINDLY HELP.
Query about articleship.
I have registered myself as an article under a CA, after serving for 4 months I received a letter from institute saying that the CA under whome I am registered in not eligiable to take me as an article for the number of article seats under him is already full.
My query is what will be the best possible solution for the above situation.

my articleship has completed on 09/08/2015 with extention of 73 days, the i had fill form 108 and 107 for extention period of 73 days, that was suppose to be completed on 22/10/2015. i had served only 42 days due to my exam leave. please suggest, now which form i have to fill for remaining 31 days.
As far as I know you can complete those 10 days under any other CA firm also. Just follow these steps and you will be fine.

Hi , i had a doubt. I had joined a firm as an article in JAN 2016 end . N now due to some reasons i wont be able to continue the articles till Nov 2016. and will be appeearing for ipcc exams in Nov 2016.
so what will be the procedure for this?
Dear sir I will start my training 24/12/2014 and due to some problems I will not attend the training for 5-6 month from 10 /oct/2016 to 31/3/2017 but sir which form fill to extended the training for 5-6 months and what is the process to fill extended form where to submitted and who will sign and when to submitted.
