query regarding e waybill
I am unregistered dealer purchasing goods from registered dealer. the purchase is of interstate nature. Is ewaybill required? who should generate? if the purchase is below 50000/- ewaybill is required or not as the buyer is unregistered??

Eway bill is required if value exceeds 50,000/-. The registered supplier is need to generate the eway bill and if supplier donot generate then transporter is need to generate.
E-Way Bill is required only when your Consignment Value exceeds Rs.50,000. However, it can be generated voluntarily also incase your consignment value does not exceed Rs. 50,000.
The Registered Dealer is required to generate the E-Way Bill and if both the Supplier and the Recipient are Unregistered, then the Transporter is required to generate the E-Way Bill...

Also check your threshold limit of E-Way bill with your respective state.
