query regarding certificate from aptech

first contact ur aptech institute, & listen what they say,

Generally, it will take time but you will definitely receive the certificate.....If still you willnot receive it, continuously follow up this matter  within every few days to the incharge of aptech institute....about non receipt of your certificate,,,its their responsibility too...dont get panic...
