Dear Friend, According to the provisions of companies act, 1956 the notice of AGM will be served to the Statutory Auditor of the company. This section does not prohibit any Audit Clerck to participate in the meeting. He will participate if he has engeged in auditing work of the concerned Company. Thanks

Yes, he is a part of auditor team. There is not any provisions in Companies Act , other regulation and rules which restricts the article to participate in Annual General Meeting of a Company.

Ofcourse yes.... Articles of CA can attennd the AGM, even the CS Trainees can attend the AGM for having experince and as the part of secretarial department of the company....

Even in my opinion all the trainees and articles must grab the opportunity to attend the AGMs to have the experience of the AGM...
