under section 44ad, properitorship business, if part time account has filed the return then he is responsible or not?

If Your business is eligible under sec 44ad then You can go to file ITR u/s 44ad...

But,
The Accountant income will be Assesses u/s 44ada if it's not calculated under Salary head...
