Query on Revaluation result

I got 58 marks in FR in may 18 exams.. I applied for reverification the result is pending. Now I have to fill up my Nov 2018 exam form. So should I fill up my exam form?? And what will happen if after reverification result I got to know that I got exemption in fr.? How will I avail my exemption after filling my examination form?
