Can a trader / retailer do Cash Sales less than Rs. 2 lakh to Single person in a day. Daily Avg cash sales Rs. 1 lakh approx to different customer, some time bill value EXCEEDS Rs. 20thousand. What measures requires if trader 90% sales in Cash.

Cash expenditure above 20k is not allowed.

Sale is very well allowed.

cash sales of a single bill shouldn't be more than 2 lacs and cash sales of more than one bill to a same person in aggregate shouldn't exceed 2 lacs. cash purchases shouldn't exceed 10k
