A company is rendering some after sale(free) services to its client though some hired professional agency, and incidently receiving the professional invoice of the agency hired for that purpose. Is the Principle Company eligible to take the Credit of Service tax charged by the hired agency ?

Because, Service Provider is Hired Company & Service Receipient is Principal company.
Whether that service is provided free to customer or not is not related to this issue.
