And what if we don't fill in details?

Only on Creditors, Debtors, Cash and Inventories (stock). In case no more balances in this 4 category then You must fill 0.

In case fill all details of ITR 4 balances then it will be match...?
ITR 4 accepts return if you enter any numericals in Cash, Debtors, Creditors, Inventory.
So only fill those columns.
If you want to fill whole Balance sheet, you can fill it. Even Balance sheet is not tallied ITR 4 accepts the Return, but B/S should tally as per our Accounting skills
