ITR 4 accepts return if you enter any numericals in Cash, Debtors, Creditors, Inventory.
So only fill those columns.
If you want to fill whole Balance sheet, you can fill it. Even Balance sheet is not tallied ITR 4 accepts the Return, but B/S should tally as per our Accounting skills
