Query in filing income tax return

I have follwoing quiery Please clarify.

1. Conveyance allowance in Exemption column In 10(14)i by over sight. instead of 10(14)ii in ITR 1 can I file revised ITR

2.  Income from tution, And Tailoring & Embrodary can we take under presumtive Income U/s. 44AD, Tailoring under whcih Business code.

3.  Labour Contract u/s194c in whcih business code.

4. Chit fund Compnay Commission& Co,Dividend  u/s 44AD

I request your goodself to please calrify the above detail at earliest.  Please advice

1. Not necesssary to revise......... It can be replied, in casse query raised.

2. Yes ...... use.....'21008'

3.  Labour contractor can be under '06010' or '11015' or '21008' depending upon job handled..

4. No commission business u/s. 44AD.... only normal asessment..

In 44ADA  professional Income Can we calim Rent  U/S 80GG

Thank you very much for your immediate reply to my quiery for which I am very great ful to you Sir,   In every  ITR Return they are asking Without book when we fill in without books they ask us to file P & L and B/s for issuing Notice u/s139 9 defective. then why they have to keep that Column.  Can we Show Chit fund Commission and Company Dividend in without books column ITR V or we have show P & L A/c And B/S.  Please Clarify sir. It is Below 20 Lakhs Commision and Divdend.

I repeat.... For commission income you will have to provide complete details in schedule P&L acc,  BS & Schedule BP... as books of accounts maintained.....

In Form No.26AS  IT HAS SHOWN u/S 192A  and they have not deducted the TDS by the Regional Provident Fund Commission,Bengalore.  Is it is exemption Income.  In ITR-1 in exemption under which section we have to show.
