After reading the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976, i found out that an association needs obtain prior permission as well as registration from the central government to recieve foreign contribution. The association has to be in exisitence for a period of three years to obtain the registration. My query is-
Which provision of the Act would be applicable if an association has not been in exsistence for a period of 3 years?
