Hello Every1,

I have rcvd the following mail from MCA:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that in term of the provisions under Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulations, 1956, the above-cited Form1,Form18,Form32,Form37,Form39 dated _____ filed vide SRN __________ has been examined and marked as Pending under Regulation 17(6) with the following remarks-

Hello,

It means that the eForm is pending for the want of requisite approval from Central Government, Regional Director, Company Law Board or any other competent authority.

It would be advisable to personally go down to ROC and sort it out.
