Just, file form 2 again with the correct figures and along with other attachments attach a letter explaining that in earlier filed form 2 there was a clerical mistake therefore this form is being filed.
The form will be approved and master data will also be changed accordingly.

Form 61 can be filed only when adviced by McA.
I think if you file a revised Form 2 giving the correct particulars, alongwith a covering letter,they will accept it.However, the best course would be to inform McA helpdask through e-mail seeking their help in the matter. They may advise you about the right course of action.
