No extra ITC you can claim. The provision is if your supplier doesn't upload the invoices then maximum ITC you can claim regarding those invoices are 20% of invoices uploaded related to that month i.e 20% on 2A balance for non uploading invoices by suppliers. Simply they are saying 120%of GSTR 2A balance. There is no extra benefit here in fact it is restricting the claim of ITC.
