1.Can i able to know whether we can get the copy of documents of some compnay of 1997 & 1998 ( Certified True copy) if not what is the other procedure
2.I have the photo copy of form 32 how i can get the certified copy from that from ROC
3. Anual return was filed in 2012 for all the years form formation
4.any one can get the Certified copy may contcat us by mail with there contcat details

Is there any circualr issued by ROC saying that before 5 years no documents will not be availabe with ROC
if so can i get the circular copy from some one or circular number and year so that i can get from the website

Ya by physical verification of Douments with the ROC.
You can get the records online from 2005.Before that you need to do physical verification.
