Query- E-payment of Income Tax

YES ,YOU CAN PAY THROUGH ANOTHER PERSON BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU SHOULD MAKE THE PAYMENT TO THAT PERSON BY CHEQUE .

we are tax consultant firm. Can we pay our client"s tax through our Internet Bank account or through credit card of our staff?  Is it a valid payment with out any future problems?

It can be payable but the system generated challan will come on the name of the account holder only.  This creates problem with assessing officers/income tax officials at the time of assessment for giving credit to
TDS etc.  It is better donot do this.
