My question is that what are the documents required for forming (incorporating) a pvt Ltd company.

what documentation & procedures are involved?

hello....my ans to ur que

....AOA+MOA+Declaration of directors regardin their formation,+Application form+any agreement regdg it's contract of formation.(if any)...+regestration fees as prescribed by registrar+etc.....
