Query Abt Direct Tax

Hi All,

I will be appearing this Nov 2010.

One of my query is abt d presentation of answers in the Paper 7 (i.e. Direct Taxes). I have seen some suggested answers of the Institute's and in them in every problem (even of 4-5 Marks), The whole of the provision ws stated alongwith the solution. Is it necessary to quote d whole of the provision or is it just in d suggested answers for reference purposes. Coz this can very timeconsuming.....
