I am working with one of manufacturing unit in indirect taxation department. Our company is providing pick up and Drop facility to employee and our service provider is URD, We are paying GST on Reverse Charge basis on Bus service. Can we avail ITC on above service..

Yes... The service provider is URD then you ll pay Tax under RCM basis from 1st July to 12th October...
From 13th October RCM not applicable for URD related input Goods and services...

Is the answer will same if tranport vehicle is motor car instead of Bus?. Plz give support
