I AM A QTRLY TAXPAYER SO MY QUESTION IS THAT WHAT IS THE DUE DATE OF MY GSTR 1 OF OCT- DEC BECAUSE THE NOTIFICATION OF OF GST SAYS THAT THE LATE FEES WAIVER FOR GSTR1 UPTO NOV 2019 TILL 10 JAN 2020

The period is 2019-20
Have you file all returns GSTR1 & GSTR 3B form July 2017 to Sept 2019 ?.
Yes I have filed all GST returns till sep 2019
If all return filed already then last date for this quarter will be 31 January.
Taxable Persons who have opted to file Quarterly Return : The last date to file FORM GSTR-1 for Q3 ( OCT - DEC ) 2020 is "31.01.2020."
But the Government vide Notification No. 74/2019 - Central Tax dated 26.12.2019, has brought an AMNESTY SCHEME i.e. the Government has waived the Late Fess levied u/s 47 of the CGST Act 2017 for FORM GSTR-1 for the period " JULY 2017 to NOVEMBER 2019" if all the Statements are filed within 10.01.2020.
