Provided further that if a company holds its first annual general meeting as aforesaid, it shall not be necessary for the company to hold any annual general meeting in the year of its incorporation:
what is the meaning of above provision

It just says that the First AGM of the Company need not be held in it's (First Year) Year of Incorporation.

Shardul chopade i m asking that company is required to hold its first AGM within 9 months from the end of its first financial year then what is meaning of it is not necessary for the company to hold any annual general meeting in the year of its incorporation:
