Query about Exemption..HELP..

I have a query and as im not in india, i don't know where else to get the info. Please help if you can.
Here it is :
If in a IPCC grp1 exam a student has scored the following marks:
Paper 1 -> 68
Paper 2 -> 63
Paper 3 -> 09
Paper 4 -> 43
 
IS HE ELIGIBLE FOR EXEMPTION??

Since normally scoring 60 or above makes you eligible for exemption. But in the website : https://www.futureaccountant.com/almanac/ca-ipcc-ipce-exemptions-on-getting-high-marks/fe6/

It says that marks in other subjects aswell needs to be above 25%. And here in the above case marks on paper 2 is below 25%..

Anyone??

You will get 2 subjects exemption, provided you appeared for all the other papers in that group.

But what about 25% funda??
