yes.you have to give c form.
You have an option not to give C Form and pay the differential Tax

You should sent it to that party. then only they can gain the c.form use.

You have to submit the c.-form to party. The time to submit is on or before quater end. In delhi c.-firm are issued by authority when u will show them anexure of your purchase, so ask the selling party for sales details with company seal and then u can obtain c.-form

Can anybody please tell me that if Tax Invoice can be issued in case of Interstate Sale?

Yes u r bound to issue c form
yes you are bound to give c form
Yes. U r required to give C form.
C form has to be supplied to pay lower Tax rates but purchased goods are within cst registration certificate.
Yes, tax invoice can be issued , but u vil not get any benefit.
Yes you have to issue c forms to the seller after filing ur sales tax return. The forms will be issued from the department on the basis of the return filed.!

Thanks all for the response.

Sirs, A registered dealer in Delhi cannot fix CST rate of his purchases from other State. The seller is liable to pay tax on Inter state sale according to Sec 8 of the CST Act. Rate of tax applicable on those goods in the appropriate State has to be considered. Anyway the selling dealer is demanding C form against his invoice in order to allow concessional rate, you are required to issue C form and collection of CST @ 1% is not a criteria to decide whether you are liable to issue C form or not. The rate of tax on local sale on those goods in that State may also consider in this case. Thank you
Yes I agree with nitin
