Query about articles registration

An article should submit for 103 within one month but article not submit within time then article may submit the same with late find and request letter of valid reason for this. . . . . . More then six month is also allowed with late fine of rs. 1000 and other formalities. . . . . . As said above by me and other member. . . . Thanks

about late fees it is not a big amount it is max. of 2000

The details are very much available in the institute website and also in the Form 102 also. There is one clause which must be kept in mind, i.e the training will be effective post to the completion of ITT.
