yes more than six months is allowed with late fee as well as you have to submit complete articleship records of that period and you have to submit orignal deed i.e 102

it's just a formality. you have to mention the periods (generally in weeks) that in which field you have worked and remember you have to submit original deeds

By complete articleship records it refers to whatever records your firm maintains for articles in general, like attendance registers, work registers, etc.
