WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BILLS RECIEVABLES AND ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLES?

Replies (3)

Bills receivable are negotiable instruments. They are standardised instrument in paper format. As against Acounts Receivables is a wider term which includes debtors, loans & advances etc.. Accounts receivables can be securitised with the factors while bills receivable are discounted with the bankers.

Hope answered the question.
