IF AUDITOR IS APPOINTED IN CASUAL VACANCY 13.05.2016 FOR FY 2015-16 AND THEN HE IS AGAIN APPOINTED IN AGM FOR FIVE YEARS... IS IT VALID...OR WE HAVE TO APPOINT FOR FOUR YEARS ONLY AS WE HAVE ALREADY APPOINTED HIM FOR THE YEAR 2015-16...PLEASE SUGGEST

This is exactly the same case what I am going through. Auditor appointed under casual vacancy shall become the Auditor of the company upto the ensuing EGM. He is liable to retire or re-appoint in ensuing AGM.The said Auditor if appointed in ensuing AGM shall become the Auditor of the company till the conclusion of 6th AGM subject to rectification in every AGM.
