Hi,

1. What is a forming Balance sheet and its schdule and which forms contains its schdules Plz explain in detail ?

2. A company registered under companies act 1956 plz tell me all type of return a company needs to be filed ?

As an company there are lot of return u had to file like, tax return.tds return sales tax service tax.. annual returns to roc... many more dear

what is forming b/s... i dont got ur questions

schedules are part of b/s which u had to make in supporting of the b/s

1.we are IT consultant's. I have filed tds return,service tax return.Plz tell me if any other we need to file ?

2.You means forming balance sheet contains details of balance sheet in various schdules

Schdule 1

Share capital

Schdule 2

Loan and Advance's etc.

3. As we are in Pvt company,in which act we needs to be registered like PF, ESi or any other which is manadatory for IT companies?
