Query

First and formost is you will have to give the exams again after 3months and reading again which you have already studied is demotivating

I gave the exam, 
I am sure that I have wasted my time wen I had it...
Now I m pretty sure that passing this time is not possible as such... 

So my exact query is , What exactly are the consequences of not passing the exam in the perspective of my career...

I am not so much experienced but I know one thing,if u have sound basics,nothing will affect you,irrespective of the attempts you take. A CA is a CA,no matter how much attempts u take.Even big 4s consider upto 3 attempts in their ads. i may be wrong,let seniors comment too

and try to clear further all exams in first attempt

Thanks deepak ... I ll try my best to, as I didnt even start preparation for even single subject in group 2 and writing.. So I m thinking that its better to study the last paper perfectly to crack exemption atleast in it...
