For CC papers you shd call your Regional Council, whether testpapers are compulsory or not... If testpapers are must, then you shd send it before 10th Feb to your RC..

apart from that, to appear for both grps or remaining group, you shd attend GD/BC and finish 100 hrs of computer training.    For both, you shd call your nearest chapter offices, and get the date and venue..
