Hi ! , 

Do registration of immovable property less than ₹ 50 lacs require PAN card of Buyer & Seller..

If so , for what purpose is it required ?

Yes it's required irrespective of the transaction amount since PAN is required for registration of property on your name and payment of stamp duty.
