While Going through this forum i came across some posts where it was mentioned that the Law paper will be only practical based.....

 

can anyone please confirm this to me ......???

Practical based means they ll ask quests in form of practical case. But u have to answer with reference to Law provisions na......so i thnk nothing different.

ya agree with above two.try to understand the provision of section.dont just copy in ur mind for practical application provision need to be understand very well.

Dont worry if you do this paper would not be beyond you.

 I agree with all of the above messages posted.

Answer the practical case in the following lines  preferably:

Explain the facts of the case given in the question briefly

Quote the relevant provisions of the act 

Explanation of the provision

Application of the provision to the question

Quote the facts of any decided case law pertinent to the question nd quote the case law if you r sure

Decision/Sum up.

If it is for less marks you can quote the provision and apply it and give the decision in your answer

briefly

ya, law paper will b application based..

I am filling up the empanelment form for the concurrent audit of Canara Bank where I have been asked to give the registration no. with RBI and date of registration. My query is where do I get this detail. What I understand is that I should be giving my UCN no. But the registration date of UCN no. is not available.
